When you call a local service business that uses CallSaver (powered by ReadyLabs AI), you provide implied consent to receive service-related SMS messages from that business. Your phone number is collected at the point of contact — by calling the business — and is used solely to follow up on your service request. No web form, account, or sign-up is required.

Program Description

CallSaver is a missed call handling tool for local service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, and contractors. When you call a business and the call is missed, CallSaver may send you an automated SMS on behalf of that business to acknowledge your call and help coordinate your service request.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Missed call follow-up: "We saw your call — how can we help?"

  • Appointment reminder: "We'll arrive tomorrow at 9:30 AM for your service."

  • Invoice notification: "Your invoice is ready. Please pay online or contact us."

  • Status update: "Just checking in — do you still need help?"

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per service request.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
