  • Program: ReadyHQ sends transactional SMS messages including missed call follow-ups, appointment reminders, invoices, and service updates on behalf of local service businesses.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service interactions. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per service request.

  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Data: SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
