These terms govern the SMS messages ReadyHQ sends to verify your phone number when you sign in or sign up for an account.

Program description

ReadyHQ uses SMS to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity when you sign in or create an account. We send a verification code only when you request one by entering your phone number on our sign-in or sign-up page.

How you opt in

By entering your phone number and tapping Send verification code, you consent to receive a one-time passcode via SMS from ReadyHQ to verify your number. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. View our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Message frequency

You will receive one SMS each time you request a verification code. Message frequency varies based on how often you sign in.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from ReadyHQ for assistance, or email support@readylabs.ai.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from ReadyHQ to opt out of SMS. After opting out, you will not be able to sign in to ReadyHQ using SMS verification until you opt back in by entering your phone number on our sign-in page again.

Supported carriers

ReadyHQ SMS verification is supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
